The graffiti is a form of slightly understood expression, and in most cases judged for the society; but the certain thing, this urban way of expression comes for several decades giving her voice to the walls of the modern cities. The graffiti is born in the 60’s when in New York, the influence of hip-hop music, artists start forming their artistic thoughts in the streets. The hip-hop is a form of progressive expression of the so called generation X, which had great influence on the part of the Spanish-American and Afro-American communities, especially of the Jamaican, Puerto Rican community, which the internal cities of the E.U were living in the so called Inner Cities, that is to say. Nowadays this street art for this way saying it, invades the streets of the world, but it is seen by bad eyes in most of the cities.
With this activity of urban intervention we can achieve a point of meeting of the principal artists of grafities in the world that they could be employed at these free spaces doing a world meeting of grafitiadores in the city of Bogota.
The festival will be next September 8 and search " to integrate the young men in the same art ", but for the present time there isn’t an exact place. The organizer is 23-year-old David Lafaure a graffitero since he was a child. In the meeting there will be samples of graffitis, music and paintings to lifted hand.
