Theater

The theater festival was created in 1988 by Fanny Mickey and Ramiro Osorio because the celebration of Bogotá’s 450 years of foundation. One of the principals objectives of the festival was to join deferent’s countries of the world, different cultures, invite countries to the festival. This year, many companies came with deferent’s ideas interesting and all where different. All the plays are divided in rooms and street, in the street theater are going to be four plays that are born of and alliance of the festival and the Australia’s minister of culture, the story tellers were part of the streets with their realism and fantastic stories. Know that fanny Mickey is death all the plays are going to been her honor because she was a big person that all people love for the only fact of created this festival. Many important people of all the world will be in Bogotá to see, now, the biggest festival of theater in the world. As it was said before the acts were divided in different places, but the main attractions were given at “compensar”. Many of the acts were based on the culture and beliefs of the different countries were present there, for example, France, and Spain.
